Gooden Reserve

It's just a park really. It's got some swings but they're mainly suitable for younger kids. Some covered places to sit and eat, a large drain -- so watch the kiddies on that one (but it's a fair way from the playground). There's a full sized oval with some good athletics equipment such as long jump pits and shot put areas but they're covered in signs warning that they're only suitable for use by kids. There's plenty of off-street parking and most of the park is away from Gooden drive which is a little busy at times. There's also a walkway bridge to the M2 buses (and Winston Hills shops) and there's some netball courts and toilets.

As parks go, it's not a great one for swings but it's pretty good when it comes to sports.
