Sydney Ice Arena

The cheaper prices at the skate shop and location are the only things I am happy about with this ice rink. Are they enough to keep me coming back? Probably not anymore. Customer service often depends on their mood. In particular the older female manager is always terribly irritated when approached about anything including the times when I have come in to spend hundreds of dollars on skate equipment. Her attitude is really quite disappointing and confusing, I really don't get it.... I'm polite, I'm there within business hours and I am asking if I can give you money for the products you are selling.... am I doing something wrong?
Reading a few of the reviews here I understand why they have such a poor reputation in the ice skating community. Will be going to Macquarie Ice Rink or Skaters Network for ice skating and my gear in the future. Happy to pay extra and travel further to be treated just half-decently.

Olympic sized rink with the cheapest skate sharpening at $10. Sells hot food and drinks. Hockey store and figure skating store. Dehumidifier. Disco lights when the occasion calls for it. Large stands for crowd seating. Although i wish they had glass panels instead of netting.
