    I have attended Norwest Pilates for 10 weeks and having never practiced Pilates before I have found Marta to be full of knowledge and skill in assisting me to achieve a better understanding of both my body and how to gently control specific movements to enhance my recovery. I have gained strength and healing from her gentle guidance and assurance. I highly recommend this studio if you are looking for focused and individual support.
